This morning about 7:00am Audra and Charlotte finally met in person. They have seen each other the past 5 days via Face Time and I think that really helped. They both smiled immediately and seemed to recognize each other. They waved to each other then quickly held hands and walked all around the room. Of course, my happy tears were flowing. It was so very sweet to see them together...just as we have imagined for so many months!
Then, they walked hand in hand all the way to the hotel breakfast buffet. Audra definitely "takes the lead" you could say...or others may call her the "bossy pants"...even though she is half the size of Charlotte. But sweet Charlotte takes it all in stride and lets Audra be the "boss".
