Children's Christmas Party
We went to the Children's Christmas party at our church again this year.
The entertainment was a Christmas themed puppet show which the girls seemed to like.
Maybe not so entertaining for the adults thought.
But watching the little ones get excited and dance around was our entertainment.

After the puppet show there was lunch for the kids
and then the main event...
Santa!
Maura was so surprised that Santa knew she wanted an American Girl doll for Christmas
Yep...Audra was there too,
she just would NOT get in any pictures anywhere near Santa!
Dance Show
Another December weekend,
another Christmas dance show!
But this one was outside at a local fire station's Christmas event.
Thank goodness they had free hot chocolate!
The girls were all bundled up in coats, hats and scarves
then stripped it all off quickly before taking the stage in just their costume with mittens!

It was a fun event with horse drawn carriage rides,
a children's train ride and a gingerbread house content.
But it was sooo cold and Maura's little feet were frozen from wearing only dance shoes for while so we just did a quick train ride and headed home to warm up.
